Sasha-Rose Dileo is a dedicated community leader and passionate advocate for the people of Wasaga Beach. Serving as a Councillor for the past three and a half years, she has worked tirelessly to strengthen connections, support local initiatives, and achieve meaningful progress.
Her commitment extends beyond council chambers through her role on the Huronia West OPP Board, where she fosters collaboration and strong community-police relationships.
Prior to being elected, Sasha-Rose served as a Community Liaison and Metropolitan Toronto Auxiliary Police Officer, gaining valuable experience in public safety and civic engagement. This background continues to shape her leadership style, rooted in accountability, service, and trust.
Sasha-Rose is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 33 years of experience and a Certified Registered Nutritionist. She blends deep professional knowledge with genuine compassion, supporting individuals in enhancing both their mental and physical well-being.
Married for 43 years and a proud resident of Wasaga Beach for the past 17 years, Sasha-Rose is deeply committed to fostering community spirit. As the Founder of Friends of Wasaga, she brings people together through events and meet-and-greet gatherings that spark connection, build lasting friendships, and strengthen a sense of belonging.
Her lifelong dedication to service and generosity was recognized with the 2025 Wasaga Beach Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year Award—an honor that reflects her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.
