Friends of Wasaga Coffee Meet

Many of you know me as the “Friends of Wasaga” founder. This group encourages positivity and gives neighbours a safe space from all over Wasaga Beach to come together, build friendships, meet for social gatherings like coffee meets and provide a sense of belonging. All are welcome regardless of your political views and gender.

Metropolitan Toronto Police Auxiliary Officer


  • Volunteered as a Toronto Police Auxiliary Officer focusing on community liaison and special community events.

Advocating for Small Businesses


  • Featured in a full page interview in Toronto Sun Newspaper regarding the impact of Hydro Rates on Small Businesses.

Guest Speaker On Nutrition for Mental Disorders


  • Guest Speaker for CCA, A Federally Government Funded Program offering awareness programs to deal with Mental Disorders.

Community Outreach


  • Co-Organized Christmas Gift Charity Drive, which included delivering gift baskets and Swiss Chalet Christmas luncheons to a Seniors’ home during the pandemic. Organized and supplied food, toys, clothing and supplies which were distributed amongst the vulnerable residents of Wasaga Beach

Seniors Advocate


  • After deputation for snow removal for seniors, a Snow Angels program was created for seniors. The deputation was instrumental in an open dialogue for assisting seniors during our winter months.
